It’s wonderful to hear Elizabeth and Anna sing these great songs and carrying on the tradition. They are both terrific musicians, singers and artists, and are surprisingly versatile. One night at Augusta Vocal Week last summer, Elizabeth and I participated in an all-out freestyle jam of every kind of folk song genre and I was amazed at her wacky, unpredictable repertoire. A testament to growing up in a folk music loving family as I did. I’ve almost watched her grow up at Augusta since the early 90’s when she came with her mom.
